We take care to process and ship your order quickly and transparently. Here's what to expect when shopping at Industrial PVC Gear.
Order Processing
Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Carriers & Delivery Estimates
Shipping options vary by province—these are the most commonly used carriers and estimated delivery times:
- Ontario & Quebec: Canada Post Xpresspost (1–2 days) or UPS Standard (1–2 days).
- Prairies & BC: Canada Post Expedited/Xpresspost (2–4 days); UPS Standard (2–3 days).
- Atlantic Provinces & Remote Areas: Canada Post Regular or Xpresspost (3–7 days); UPS Standard (3–5 days).
Note on Tracking
Tracking is included with Xpresspost and most UPS shipments. For Regular Parcel, tracking may not always be available unless upgraded to Priority or Expedited service.

International Shipping
For international destinations, we use a variety of shipping couriers such as Canada Post, FedEx, or DHL.
- Delivery Estimate: 6–10 business days.
- Tracking: Tracking is not included for these international shipments.
Customs Documentation
To ensure smooth processing across borders, all international shipments include the appropriate declarations:
- CN23 Form: Included for orders valued at $500 CAD or more, or packages weighing 2kg and over.
- CN22 Form: Included for all other standard international orders.
Important: Restricted Regions
Please note that we do not ship to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries or regions. Currently, this includes: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine.
