How to Return or Exchange an Item
1. Contact Us
Email sales@industrialpvcgear.com with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and photos if applicable.
2. Receive Approval
Once approved, ship your items to:

3. Inspection & Refund
We inspect your return and process a refund (including shipping cost) within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

- No refunds for parts that have been used or damaged by the customer.
- Exchanges may be offered in certain cases for damaged or incorrect items.
- Please ensure correct part numbers before ordering.
